L: Trish is going to Montreal .

翠絲要去蒙特羅了

M: Montreal ? Oh, that’s right, her family's there.

      蒙特羅？喔！對了她的娘家在那裡

L: Then we're off.

      然後我們就出發了

※ It’s crazy. 真是瘋了

中外習慣：

      英文的句子習慣有個主詞在前面

在解釋（或翻譯）時，有時並沒有”它”的意思

例：It’s raining. 下雨了

     There is no way I will do this. 我不可能做這事的

     It’s never too late to do the right thing. 做對的事永不嫌遲

※ Trish is going to Montreal. 翠絲要去蒙特羅了

Be going to 要去…了  

高級差異：

嚴格來說這兩句沒什麼差別，但在時間點上卻有不同（都是將要去）

例：Is going to → I am going to school. 我要去學校了

Is going to go → I am going to go to school. 我將會去學校

     Where are you going?            你要去那裡？

     Where are you going to go?   你（將）要去那裡？

在時間點上，一個是即將，一個是不確定時間

另外，Be going to = will 表示將要的意思

例：She is going to be disappointed.

= She will be disappointed. 她會失望

They will find you  他們會找到你

= They are going to find you.

※注意：I’m going to New York . ≠ I will New York .
