u    可能實現的假設 (A)

公式：If + S + 現在式V…，I will + VR…

   => If I have time, I will do my homework.

u    不可能的事實、與現在事實相反的假設 (B)

公式：If + S + were / 過去式V…，S + would + VR… (would=could=should=might)

   => If I had time now, I would do my homework.

    = In fact, I don’t have time, so I don’t do my home work.

   => If I were you, I would buy that car.

   => If I were a bird, I would fly to you.

u    與過去事實相反的假設 (C)

公式：If + S + had + Vpp…，S + would + have + Vpp… (would=could=should=might)

   => If I had had time yesterday, I would have down my homework.

    = In fact, I didn’t have time yesterday, so I didn’t do my homework yesterday.

u    與未來事實相反的假設 (D)

公式：If + S + were to + VR…，S + would + VR… (would=could=should=might)

   => If I were to have time tomorrow, I would do my homework.

    = In fact, I won’t have time tomorrow, so I won’t do my homework.
